Your best bet would be to have each student create their own videos with their phones or whatever tools they are comfortable with. They should create movie files of some type (MP4 is usually the easiest to use and most universally recognized by devices). Then, outside Canvas, create the PPT, and integrate the video. Then submit the PPT.
