Remove "Deleted By" in discussions /was/ a released feature... was it removed?

Now I can't seem to find anything about it?

Hi @RM-BhamTech ,

A few years ago there was a brand new re-design of the discussions page released in Canvas. Ever since this update (to my understanding), you cannot disable the "Deleted By" notifications in discussions. These notifications will appear for both students and teachers in the course when a user deletes a discussion response.
