Resetting a password in the Canvas Parent app

Hi there,

I work for my school's IT department and was walking a family through resetting their Canvas credentials on the Parent app when we noticed that there wasn't an option. Is this possible to be done through the mobile app at all? It seems like the documentation here and other users that have asked have been directed towards logging in from a browser on the schools login page. If it isn't possible currently, is it on the roadmap to be able to reset the user's password within the app? Any guidance is appreciated!

Hi!

When I use my Canvas Parent app on my phone (Android) and on my iPad, I see the option to reset my password on the screen that appears after I type in the school's name in the Find My School field. I see it as a link that says Forgot Password? underneath the Username and Password fields. 

When you use an Observer role in the app, what do you see?
