Our instructors are running end of month attendance reports today and after running the report as shown below, we get a notification that it will be in our inbox as shown in the attached image below. The email never arrives in our inbox. Furthermore i have checked our Exchange Online configuration and do not see any emails ever getting to our email server. Are there any issues today with emails going out from the Canvas side? I also checked to see if this could be sent to a general outlook or gmail account instead of our own M365 email but the email does not go through for any of them.

I have attempted to generate attendance reports at both the course-level and the account-level and I have not received anything.
I have reached out to Canvas Support via chat (case 12372730) and it is a known issue (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Known-Issues/OPEN-Attendance-Report-not-generating/ta-p/646226).
There is also another known issue related to grades from "Attendance" passing over to the gradebook (https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Known-Issues/OPEN-Attendance-not-passing-grades-over-to-the-grade...).

UPDATE
I received a series of email notices at about 11:15 PM ET saying that I had attendance reports that could be downloaded. Based on that, it seems that the problem has been resolved.
If you continue to experience problems, I would recommend reaching out to Canvas Support directly.

Hello @dbrace, I noticed the same Saturday but shortly after I notified our staff and most of them ran into the issue again including myself. Today all of them have reported they cannot run the report and I can confirm the same for me.

Yeah, it seems like the emails are either "stuck" or being sent at the end of the day.
I have not received any updates from Canvas Support and I did not attempt to generate any reports until a few minutes ago and I did not get it.
The issue at Attendance Report not generating - Instructure Community - 646226 still shows that it is a known issue and has not been resolved.
Even though it is a known issue, I would recommend reporting it to support so that you get notified when it is resolved.
