Unfortunately, this is not possible right now. I searched the Canvas Community, and I found a Feature Idea that is open for voting called https://community.canvaslms.com/ideas/10249-rubric-export which might be of interest to you. If you feel that this Feature Idea aligns with something you would like to see implemented in Canvas, I would encourage you to vote on it and maybe add your comment to the bottom letting Instructure know why this kind of feature would be helpful for you.
