Rubrics value ranges

Hello:)

When creating a rubric, can I have values presented in ranges? For example:

Excellent
4 > 3.5

Good
3.5 > 3

Or do I have to create it using only definite values?

Happy New Year!  Have you tried the process outlined in this Guide?  How do I add a rubric in a course?  Specifically, scroll down just before half-way down the page to the section on "Select Range".  Do you think this would meet your needs?
