SCORM issues with grades

I am experiencing really inconsistent results with SCORM reporting completions back to Gradebook and to students' Feedback etc. I have read some older posts on this but wondered if anyone has the latest. Bottom line - is there anything I can do to make this work properly, or is it being worked on by Canvas still, or do I need to keep tearing my hair out! Thanks.

Our SCORM 2004 reporting is not working in our Canvas courses either, at least not consistently. I also really want to know the recommended settings when publishing a course for Canvas?

Totally agree @denierse. This is what we need so we can tell 3rd Party Vendors supplying SCORM files how they should be exported/with what settings etc. How can we get this anyone know??
