Same information across multiple calendars

Jump to solution

A faculty member teaches 5 classes. As such, the instructor has 5 calendars. This instructor wishes to post dates for general interest cultural activities to all the calanders.

What is the best practice for doing this?

For example: Event Title: Cultural Talk; Date: Jan. 29, 2016; From 12:00pm to 1:00pm; Location: Classroom 101; Calendar: [send to all calendars]

The goal is to sebmit the information only once.

@jcarlyon1 , unfortunately there is no easy way to do this and the Instructor would need to create it once and then manually copy and paste it into new events in each course. There is a feature idea open for this that you (and your faculty) might want to vote and comment on - .

Thanks for the link to the feature idea. I'll spread the word.

Make sure to comment as well! I know comments with user cases (of why this is so badly needed) really help a lot!
