Save a pdf version of assignments with links intact?

Is it possible to save a pdf version of assignments with links intact?  I ask because I would like to have a backup of all of my course assignments when I retire.  As I have quite detailed assignments with helps in the form of documents, web links, videos for each of my assignments.  I would like to keep a copy of these for my own use so if I come back and teach adjunct from time to time I have a pdf I can link to for students to use.
