Saving teacher comments in SpeedGrader

Hey, 

We are getting some reports of teachers who saved their comments in SpeedGrader (in a rubric), but their work keeps disappearing. 

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I haven't experienced this myself, but I will keep an eye open for it as I grade over the weekend. Have you submitted a Support Ticket? Could some of the teachers help you with that? Instructure may be able to take a deeper look and find an answer for you more quickly!
