Scheduler Reserve Not Working

I am the Canvas Controller at my site and none of my instructors, including myself, have been able to get a successful reservation on the Calendar Scheduler. We are following all the directions, students see the appointment times, but once they select "Reserve" nothing happens. What do we need to correct?

I am going to speak with my canvas and see if they've ever had issues like this and if so  how they've resolved it

Are you able to just put it on locked until that day comes then unlock it?

I'm not certain how you would lock it and I would like them to see and schedule the appointment in advance if they'd like.
