Scored more than/Scored less than message filters in Gradebook

What happened to the option to message students based on these filters?  Can we get this feature back?

It looks like the change may have been related to this being a Complete/Incomplete item, but if that's the case I still need a way to message all the students marked as Complete.

I am also not seeing an option to message student who scored less than on Complete/Incomplete assignments from the gradebook. Not sure if this was recently changed. I did not see anything in the release notes HERE. 

Currently, the Scored less than filter will show up for assignments that are not setup for Complete/incomplete types of assignments. When using Complete/Incomplete, it looks like it allows you to do this based on "Have not yet submitted, Have not been graded, Marked Incomplete, or Reassigned." 

You might be able to check with support on this to see if something was changed. Be sure to provide them with your specific example and they can clarify.

I'm not sure if this will help or not, but you might want to check out this Guide:

Also, you should be able to send similar messages by clicking on the dots in the chart for individual assignments.
