Scorm Package showing as incomplete on recent feedback despite being completed

Please could you assist me with the following:
The course makes use of SCORM packages containing the following settings:
- They were uploaded and imported as "graded assignments".
- The points are set at zero.
- Do not count towards grade is selected
- Display grade as is complete/incomplete
- and the SCONE package loads in a new window.
- The lessons are accessed via a link in a course orientation page.
We received the following message from several students:
I have completed the “About Elearning: Spiritual Formation” lesson however the message on recent feedback is ‘incomplete’
- Please advise why, if the student has indeed completed the lesson, they would be receiving this message?
- How is the "recent feedback" populated?
