Scorm course not marking completion in Canvas

Hi Team,
I have recently acquired a Scorm package from a content creator. Testing has been initiated via Cloud Scorm and completion obtained upon course completion. However, when I uploaded the Scorm package to Canvas completion isn't recording for end users.
Interestingly, not all users are affected as I have noticed that the completion issue is occurring sporadically so I am not sure what the common denominating factor is (browser, operating system etc...).
Scorm Specs as below;
> SCORM 1.2
> Completion condition: Set as Auto but can be altered to either 'always use passed' or 'always use completed'
Can someone please shed some light?
