Scorm "cmi.core.student_id" problem

Hi,

We have a client who uses Canvas LMS, and we are experiencing some issues. They use a SCORM connector system, and when a user accesses a SCORM course, the system requests the LMS for the "cmi.core.student_id" to identify them. The problem is that when student users log in, there is no issue, as their identifier remains the same. However, when administrator users access the course, the "cmi.core.student_id" changes and is different each time, making the system consider them as different users. Is it possible to configure this behavior so that administrator users always have the same ID?
