Original Subject Line: Inbox sometimes shows Sent messages, sometimes doesn't

Subject line says it all.

Not sure what you mean here.  Are you sending messages via Canvas to your students and they are not showing up in your "Sent" folder?  If this is the case, you might want to reach out to the Help Desk staff at Instructure to see if they can provide some additional help for you.  Any message you send via Canvas should appear in your "Sent" view.  You can contact the Help Desk by clicking on "Help" at the top right corner of your screen (or the bottom left corner of your screen if your school has moved to the new User Interface).  Hope this helps!
