Set time limit for individual questions?

Hello,

I would like to create quizzes that show one question at a time, with an n-minute time limit per question. 

Is this latter feature (the per-question time limit) possible?

 @dannyholley  Welcome to the Canvas Community! Setting a time limit on questions is not currently a feature in Canvas quizzes.

I have a similar desire - add that to future features?

The workaround would be to break up your quiz/test into parts, with those parts individually timed. Also, I'd offset them and/or add a (required) in the title to assure completion. If it's not a final, then you could add requirement / prerequisite to it also to assure completion.

For example:

• Part 1 (one question) 10 minute
• Part 2 (one question) 15 minute
• And, so on

The rub would be if you have several questions.
