Set timing for release of content

How can I delay showing the solutions to problems until after class? Is there a way to set the day/time for release of content?

@ksueredman  I'm sorry to see that your question has not yet received a response. Yes, instructors can release quiz results according to the instructions in  What options can I set in a quiz? and  How do I restrict students from viewing assessment...  (depending on whether you're using Classic or New Quizzes).
