Share my Calendar and Appointments Outside my Course

Hello,

I would like to enable any student at my school to sign up for zoom office hours on canvas, not just those enrolled in my course. Is it possible for me to share the calendar and the appointment scheduler to people in my school, just not in my class? Where I could, for example, put a link to it in my email signature?

Hello Malinda,

You can always post a link to your Zoom meeting room in your email signature, but no one except people in your course will be able to sign up for meeting times through Canvas.  You might look at an external scheduler like Calendly.  (Note, I have no experience with Calendly, I've just seen others use it...)
