There are several ways you can share your course contents:
- Using "Direct Share" if you want to share a particular item (Assessment, page, quiz) or a module with a particular person. This option will need to be enabled by your school's admin

- Instructions for receiver: https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Instructor-Guide/How-do-I-manage-content-shared-to-me-from-other-...
- Export the whole course as a zip file. As of now, there is no permission setting for admin to adjust so the ability to export the whole course will be always available
- Using "Canvas Commons", you can share an item or a whole course with the entire account/sub-account that you belong to. The benefit of Commons is that you can update your resources and the receiver can choose to import them, Commons will provide a changelog. However, this function is only available if your school enable it:
