In Speed grader on the computer, I keep getting this comment or error - Service is currently unavailable. Try again later. It does not happen all of the time or on every submission, but enough that I can not get items graded. Students are turning in Google Slides, (which convert to PPT).
Is anyone else having these issues?

We are currently still seeing this issue. Seems like it began late last week. Any updates and workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
The workaround we have received from support is to refresh the screen. Some faculty have reported this worked for them, while others report it did not. It is a sporadic issue.
