I'm revisiting my institution's approach to supporting online learning. As part of this, I'd love to hear how your institutions support online learning.

- My institution is a Online University with between 9k-10k students depending on the time of year. We are a branch of a larger Hybrid school who uses Canvas to supplement in person learning.
-Our branches goal is fully online learning, course work, lectures, everything.
-This is a huge one, but our basic structure is Academically is, Dean > Associate Dean / Curriculum Development > Instructor. I'm the LMS Administrator who would be on Institutional Support side rather than Academics. My position is maintaining Admin rights within the LMS, bug chasing, Staff Support. This also bleeds into supporting staff who support students as well. My co-worker helps support all our Ground Campuses and together we run Canvas for that 10k student body, so to speak. Lots more in the job title, but that's what Canvas looks like for us.
