I made a quiz wherein there were MCQs and Fill-in-the-Blanks. However, upon checking the answers of my students using the Action Log, I noticed that there were a number of Fill-in-the-Blank questions wherein the answers of the students are included in the question itself. Why were the answers included in the question itself?
