Studio Upload is Failing

Have you tried some of the standard troubleshooting things such as using a different, up-to-date browser (Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are usually good choices here)?  What about clearing your browser's history/cache?

• What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?
• How do I clear my browser cache on a Mac?
• How do I clear my browser cache on a PC?

Also, if you've tried all those options, you may need to reach out to the Canvas Help Desk staff to see if they can do some additional troubleshooting with you.

Yes, I have tried all the troubleshooting tasks. It has stopped working for many teachers in my district. I am wondering if this is just isolated to the district, or other people were having the same issue?

I also have the Canvas Studio upload failed dialog appearing. This occurred after IT installed a new firewall in the business. IT are having difficulty determining the upload site/server pathways used by Canvas Studio. We believe that "white-listing" these in the firewall will solve the problem. Note that the upload were working fine until the new firewall was introduced.

Does anyone out there know the servers used by Canvas Studio as part of the upload process?
