Submission comments are not visisble

For some reason, canvas doesn't show the submission comments. Even when I post a comment and submit, it does not show in the bar on the right, next to the submission. However, when I click 'download submission comments', I do get a pdf with all comments. How can I resolve this?

HI @NGL -- One trouble-shooting place to start: Is your browser supported and up-to-date? What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?

Hi Klundstrum, Thanks for the reply. My browsers are up-to-date and this issue happens in different browsers as well.

Does anyone have any tips, please? Or is there some other place (like a helpdesk) I can go to to ask how to fix this?
