Teacher app crashes grading pdf on ipad

I find that teacher app on ipad crashes when grading pdf submissions every 7 to 10 students.   I saw that this was mentioned 3 years ago in  community post.  Anyone else with that issue ?

Hi Ronald -

I haven't experienced the crashes myself for quite some time. I know that there was an update to Canvas Teacher (1.11) that was released just a few days ago. After updating to that version, see if the crashing continues. I hope it is an answer for you!

I hope you were able to find a fix for this issue. Also to mention that Canvas Teacher 1.11.1 had another fix for SpeedGrader crashing, so I would suggest downloading the latest version. Thanks!

I am having this issue in 1.11.5 but it crashes every time I try to grade a pdf.

I’m having the same problem now. I’ve been grading for a while and everything was working great, except for weird problems with annotations not saving. But now, I can’t open any student assignments. As soon as it tries to open the pdf, the app crashes. I just updated this morning too because for the annotation issues. I’m on an iPad Pro w/ Apple Pencil.
