I am having an issue with the Term start and end dates changing from "Whenever to Whenever" to the actual Term Start and End Dates. It has happened multiple times this semester, so I need to find out a way for the Term Start and End Field to stay at what is entered, and not change. Any help would be appreciated.

In what role are you asking - is this as a teacher, or as your school's Canvas Admin?
If you are a teacher,
- your school sets term start and end dates in the Admin panels. These will over-ride any dates you try to edit to.
- You will need to contact your school's Canvas Canvas Admin for assistance.
If you are your school's Canvas Admin, this should not be happening, please submit a support ticket.
