I am a student. The Canvas to-do list is blank on desktop, only showing the phrase "Nothing for now". This happens across multiple web browsers (Firefox, Chrome, and Edge). However, the to-do lists for each individual class are working correctly and show upcoming assignments.

Hi everyone...
I just saw that there is now a "Known Issue" that has been posted about this which you can find at:
I found this by clicking on the "Explore" menu at the top of any page here in the Canvas Community site, and then I clicked on "Known Issues" in the middle column.
I'm going to mark this as a "Solution" ... not because the issue has been resolved, but because then it will show near the top of the screen for others to read rather than having to scroll down to see my posting. I hope this will be helpful to those that are reading this.
Hello @dylan I apologize for the inconvenience this is causing, let me share some resources for you to check and do some troubleshooting to check if it will solve the problem.
A possible solution to your blank Canvas to-do list is to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Although you've tried different browsers, a common issue with web applications like Canvas is corrupted or outdated data stored locally. Since the issue is happening across multiple browsers, it's less likely to be a simple cache problem, but it's the easiest and most common fix to try first.
(Check these resources from the Community page)
I hope this helps. Thanks!
Unfortunately, clearing my cache and cookies did not work. Is there anything else I can try?
This problem is also happening to me all of a sudden. It's frustrating
Also having this problem today!
Are you able to offer @DylanHaigler, @mindless, and @ivys1 (and anyone else following) any other suggestions?
-Doug
I submitted an Instructure ticket about this last week; it was confirmed over the weekend to be a bug, and the Canvas engineers are working on fixing it.
