Transfer Recorded Powerpoint

Hello, 

I am trying to upload a recorded PP into my studio, but it is not working. When I go to upload files, the file I want to upload is grayed out and I am unable to choose that as an option. 

Can you assist me?

Canvas Studio does not accept PowerPoint files as acceptable media to upload into your Studio library.  It needs to be either YouTube or Vimeo videos from these websites...or if you are creating content on your own, it needs to be video or audio files.  A complete list of acceptable file types for Studio can be found at:

The latest versions of PowerPoint on Microsoft 365 accounts allows for PowerPoint Files to be converted to mp4 video files. You will find the option to do it under the Record Tab. That should allow your PowerPoint to be uploaded to your Studio.
