Transfers/Imports: College account to Canvas.instructure

Ahoy all,

I developed a demo course in the college for training using CidiLabs' Design Tools. Having designed that course to actually teach, I imported it into the teacher account for widespread use. It stripped the CidiLabs codes. Is there a way to retain all of that work?

Hello @DrPyrate ...

When you were designing the course via Cidi Labs Design Tools, was that in a different environment than where the course content ultimately ended up in?  We are a pretty new customer of Cidi Labs (just starting to design templates for instructor use).  If you were working in two separate Canvas environments, I believe that Cidi Labs would need to be integrated into both of them in order for your content to show up the way you wanted.  @kenneth_larsen would be able to confirm this for sure, though.
