Tried Using RCE to Record and Upload Video in Discussion, Won't Work

I'm a student and I've tried multiple times to record and upload a video for a discussion assignment using the rich content editor, but each time it tells me it was unable to upload and I lose the entire recording. The assignment states I have to upload it this way, I asked my teacher if I could just record and embed a video some other way but she directed me here.

I would recommend that you reach out to Canvas Support for this…as they may want to check some of your browser settings.  Have you tried using a different browser to see if you get any different results?  For example, try using an up-to-date version of Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.  If neither of those work, you’ll want to probably give Canvas Support a try.  How do I get help with Canvas as a student?

Thank you for the reply. I was using Firefox before but I switched to Chrome like you recommended and it worked even if it was a little slow. So problem solved!
