Trouble upload movie video in Canvas

HI. I am an instructor in film and want to upload a commercial film that I own to canvas. I keep getting this: Media comment uploading has not been set up properly. Video is less than 500 MB. Please advise. Thanks,  Liz

Where are you trying to upload your film to?  Are you trying directly in a content page, modules, or discussion?

You may want to try uploading it to your course files and then linking to it wherever you are trying to utilize it?

What did you figure out? Our parents are getting this message when trying to upload video.

You can download from many different apps, I am the same as you and I usually download it at the cinema hd app, very rooted and I am very satisfied with it
