@rrk35 , as far as I know, none of the data in the enrollments.csv is "sticky." However, I've shared your question with the Canvas Admins and Canvas Developers groups to attract the attention of people who commonly work with account level content; maybe one of those experts has figured out a way. If you're not already a member of these groups, and would like to join, navigate to the group home pages and click on the Actions link at the upper right of the page to access the Join Group option.
Thank you so much Stefanie. From what I read in the documentation I came to that same conclusion. I needed input from the community and Canvas support in order to back up my findings when presenting to my superiors.
