Unable to log in on Surface Pro 7

I recently purchased a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 for school only to find that I am unable to log into Canvas on this device. I have tried logging in using both Edge and Chrome to no avail. I am having no issues logging in to this same account on other devices.

I'm anxious that I made this massive purchase only to be unable to use it for the purpose which I bought it. Please help.

Hi @MarissaRedmond -

You should be able to use your Surface Pro! First, check the requirements, check for updates with Chrome, then check the URL for accuracy. 

What are the browser and computer requirements for Canvas?
