Unable to reopen assessment in New Quizzes

Every time I try to reopen an assessment in new quizzes, even after I removed the time limit, my student is unable to open the quiz? I did go back and changed the "until time" but no luck.  She can reopen the quiz but then it immediately closes. . .  any ideas???

Hi @d_truax,

That is very strange. So you reopened your student's assessment, removed the time restriction, and made sure the quiz's until date/time hadn't passed? If so and it's still not working for her, I'd recommend reaching out to Canvas Support for further assistance as they can look at your specific Canvas instance.

I am having the same problem. Every time I try to reopen the student gets the message "Time's up! View results" even after they hit "resume" button; like it seems to be reopening, but doesn't actually. Re-opening should let them resume from where they left off, but I've had no luck no matter how I try to reopen/add time.

We've experienced this same issue here. Any way to fix this?
