Uploaded video not in sync with its audio

I recorded a video with the windows camera app. When I upload it to my canvas page, the audio and video are out of sync. I went back and opened it with a video editor program, and everything was fine. So it's something with canvas. Any ideas?

Me too, and i just posted the issue as a new thread and have found several other variations of the same question.  None appear to have been satisfactorily answered.
