Users not receiving link to participate in training

I have been having quite a few people tell me they didn't get the link to the training, even though I added them to the course. It seems like most of the people have taken courses with us in previous years, but some others are brand new. What's going on?

 @rachaeld , that sounds like a strange issue. Have you checked with IT on your campus to see if the notifications are going through for these specific people or not? It seems like they could check and see if the emails are even coming in from Canvas or not. Also, I'm not sure if it's possible, but I wonder if some of the people have their notifications set differently (in Canvas) or if they've created some type of filter in their College email that's catching these notifications. If none of these things check out I would recommend contacting Canvas Support to see if they can help trouble-shoot this issue.
