Video in studio

Hi, I recorded a video in studio that was a bit too long and now its saying can't process. How do I recover that video?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. Occasionally, the Studio videos can take some time to process - I suggest leaving it and give it time. However, if it has been 24 hours and the video still gives you the same error it unfortunately may be gone and never made it to the Studio servers. How long was the video? You can technically contact Canvas Support and they can double check if the video ever was uploaded and can possibly be re-rendered. Do you see the thumbnail for where the video should be or is it completely missing?

It was possibly 35 minutes. I had to record a lesson.

It sounds like the video never made it to the servers. I'm sorry to hear it but you likely needed to re-record it.
