Video in studio
Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. Occasionally, the Studio videos can take some time to process - I suggest leaving it and give it time. However, if it has been 24 hours and the video still gives you the same error it unfortunately may be gone and never made it to the Studio servers. How long was the video? You can technically contact Canvas Support and they can double check if the video ever was uploaded and can possibly be re-rendered. Do you see the thumbnail for where the video should be or is it completely missing?
