View Progress of SIS Sync

When I click on "sync to SIS" in my gradebook, a window pops up asking which grades to sync.  After I make sure everything I want to sync is checked, I hit sync.  Then a window pops up that says, "Click here to View Progress".  When I do, I am taken to the Instructure log-in page where I can't log-in. 

Any ideas what is going on?  It hasn't always done this, and doesn't always do this.  What am I doing differently??
