What does "not finished" mean in lockdown browser on Canvas?

Reviewing the student videos in the lockdown browser on Canvas, I have noticed that in several cases the duration part says "Not finished". I don´t know if it means that the student did not finish the exam or had problems during the exam. Also the videos aren't complete (not finished cases).

@k02682564 The "lockdown browser" is not actually part of Canvas. I am guessing your institution has added a 3rd party lockdown browser such as Respondus (that is one of the more common ones). I looked at Respondus support and there are a few mentions of "not finished" meaning the student got kicked out of the exam for some reason and did not finish. It may be helpful to reach out to their support directly to find out what happened.
