When I am grading some quizzes name says "Logged Out User #"

When I am grading some quizzes where the answer is an Essay response, for some of my students instead of their name it says ""Logged Out User #" and I am not able to know who they are. Why is this? how do I fix it?

When you are in SpeedGrader for your quiz, try clicking on the "Settings" (cog wheel) icon located at the top left corner of your screen, and then choose "Options".  Is the option for "Hide student names in the SpeedGrader" checked?  If so, remove that checkmark, and click the "Save Settings" button.  Check out this Guide for additional details: How do I hide student names in SpeedGrader?.
