You would need to reach out to the local Canvas administrator at Pasco County School District or someone at their school's Online Learning/eLearning department. There is a Feature Option called "Microsoft Immersive Reader - Free Trial (Wiki Pages)" at the Canvas account level which can be toggled on/off. It can be set to "OFF" (for all courses), "ALLOW" (so that you can turn it on per courses), or "ON" (for all courses). These two admin Guides might be of help:
- How do I manage new features for an account?
- What feature options are currently available for an entire Canvas account?
I hope these resources will be of help to you, Mary. Sing out if you have any questions...thanks!
