Why aren't my grades updating?

So I'm taking a summer class on canvas, and my grades haven't been updating. I've contacted my professor about this issue multiple times, and she doesn't know what the issue is either. She just keeps telling me to wait and see if the grades will update themselves, but they never have. This has been going on for the past 3 weeks, and some of my grades will be updated but the majority aren't.
