Why can't I see a public LTI app in the External App list?

We finished the deveopment of an LTI app.


EduAppCenter:

- The app was submitted in EduAppCenter and approved.

- The LTI app is has "Canvas" enabled in "Supported Platforms"
- The LTI app availability is "public" in EduAppCenter and we can even see our LTI app listed in the Apps list.

Everything seems to be ok from EduAppCenter's side.

Canvas:
We are not able to see our LTI app listed in the apps list in Canvas LMS (Settings > Apps > External Apps)

I'm trying to underestand why the Canvas Apps center is not listing out LTI App in EduAppCenter.

It turns out that the Canvas App marketplace is not updated instantly (or at least it seems that way).
Once an LTI App is set to "public" in EduAppCenter, it takes a couple of hours for the LTI App to appear in the Canvas Apps list.
Also, if the LTI app is set to "private" in EduAppCenter, It takes a couple of hours for the LTI App to be removed from the Canvas Apps list.
