Why can't I see links sent by my professor?

Hello there, I'm a student that's encountered an issue while using canvas. When I open the link, this is what I see (send in pictures). I tried to access the link/pictures sent by my professor in two computers, and I used Safari, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, I can't see the pictures sent to me by my professor.

Hi  @richorrala  Thank You for your question and for the detail complete with image. This is most unusual behaviour. I suggest approaching your instructor and letting them know. Perhaps they need to either replace their document or publish the current one.
