Why hasn't canvas updated with my new school

My daughter is going into high school, but canvas still shows only middle school information. Is canvas supposed to automatically upodate with the new school information, such as bus routes? Does the school's canvas administrator have to be contacted? Is there something we need to do on our end? Thanks!

Yes, I would recommend that you reach out to folks at your daughter's school with your questions. We here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your daughter's Canvas environment or her courses, so we wouldn't have those kinds of details about her new school information. The school's local Canvas administrator or someone from their Online Learning department would most likely be the best "go to" folks to have a conversation with about this. Hope this helps.
