Why is the quiz on Canvas Studio video not showing up?

I have followed the tutorial videos and I think everything looks good on my end, but the quiz is not showing up when I view the video. The rocket is in the right hand corner, so it shows there is a quiz.

The only time I have seen this is someone shared their Studio video quiz with me.  I can see the video perfectly and quiz but when embedded the students can't view the video or quiz.  Turns out video quizzes can't be shared just the video, so I would need t recreate the quiz on the video after it's been shared with me.  This is what I last experienced myself.

If this is not the issue and you uploaded the video and you created the quiz then I suggest selecting Help > Report a Problem, if you don't have this option then reach out to your technology department.  They might be able to help you troubleshoot.

To be sure, are you following these instructions to embed your Studio video quiz into a content page within your course?  How do I embed a Canvas Studio video quiz in the Rich Content Editor as an instructor?

Thanks for the reply.  Interesting that the quiz is still not showing up for you after following the directions in that Guide.  You might want to try and reach out to Canvas Support to see if they can help investigate this further with you...since the vast majority of Community members don't have access to your school's Canvas environment or your course.  You can find out how to contact support in this document: How to contact Canvas Support
