How do I embed you tube video into my class assignment?

Hello  @dlepore ...

I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, so I will provide you with the link to a Guide on how to do this as an instructor: https://community.canvaslms.com/docs/DOC-12922-415241508 

There is another way to do this, too:

  1. Go to the YouTube website and find the video you are looking for.
  2. Grab the embed code from the video's page.
  3. In Canvas, make sure you are editing your assignment page.
  4. While editing the page, press ALT + F9 on your keyboard to bring up a hidden menu.
  5. Choose "Insert" >> "Media".
  6. Click on the "Embed" tab.
  7. Paste in the embed code that you harvested from the YouTube video's website.
  8. Click "Ok".
  9. Save you page.
