accessing Zoom


I'm new to zoom, when I try to access it off my canvas page, the authentication/authorization phase fails. This is the message I get: User not exist. (1,001)

It may have something to do with the wrong email account it's synced up with. Please advise. Thank you.

Hello  @maliheh_vafai  Welcome to the Canvas Community.  Thanks for posting your question.  I did a quick search here in the Community, and I found a question from last year that I replied to that may help to answer your question: Zoom - user error (1,001).  I'm not sure if will 100% answer your question, but hopefully it will be a start for you.  Please let Community members know if we can be of further help...thanks!
