adding attachments

I was trying to add an attachment to my announcement today, but it gave me an error notice. What am I doing wrong?

Did the error notice mention anything?

It could be related to the file's size: if it is too large (greater than 5GB; or 500MB for media), or if there's no free space in the Course quota.
